Are your staff members’ employees or licensed contractors?

We consider our staff employees. This means that At Home Care, Inc. pays the Employee, takes care of the employee’s taxes, and provides the employee with Accidental insurance.

Are your employees screened before they are hired?

We do a criminal history check in every state; we check employment with previous Employers; we check the Nurse Aide Registry; and the Employee Misconduct Line.

Can the caregiver administer medications?

No. Our caregivers can assist with medications that are normally administered by the client. The client must be stable and predictable.
